NBCUNIVERSAL AND FORD UNVEIL "TONIGHT SHOW FINGERS ON A 4X4" CONTEST AT NEW YORK CITY'S INTREPID SEA, AIR & SPACE MUSEUM COMPLEX

"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" To Challenge Approximately 10 Ford Sales Consultants from Across the Country to Sell Jimmy Fallon the All-New 2015 Ford F-150 King Ranch

NEW YORK, NY, March 29, 2014 - NBCUniversal and Ford today announced the launch of the "Tonight Show Fingers on a 4X4" contest, engaging Ford sales consultants from across the country to compete to sell Jimmy Fallon the all-new 2015 Ford F-150 on the deck of New York City's Intrepid Aircraft Carrier at the Museum's Complex. Beginning Monday, March 31, "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" (11:35pm ET/PT on NBC) will challenge the consultants to keep their hands on the Ford F-150 King Ranch, and the last man standing wins. "The Tonight Show" will follow the competition throughout the week on-air and online.

"Growing up in upstate New York, I've always wanted to own a truck," said Fallon. "I wanted to make a fun event out of buying it and I think people will enjoy watching this contest. Whoever lasts the longest wins the sale. Who knows? This could be how people buy trucks from now on."

The competition will be integrated into each night's episode of "The Tonight Show," and Jimmy will give viewers a look at what's been going on and where the contestants stand.

"Ford isn't just an iconic American brand -- it's fun. They really get what Jimmy is doing on 'The Tonight Show,'" said Linda Yaccarino, President, Advertising Sales, NBCUniversal. "This is another example of how we're teaming with our advertising partners to make content that our audiences genuinely enjoy."

Exclusive digital video content will be featured on "The Tonight Show" website, www.thetonightshowstarringjimmyfallon.com. Fans can also engage with the sales consultants via individual #hashtags and offer encouragement during the competition.

"Ford F-Series is America's best-selling truck for 37 years and we think the all-new 2015 F-150 is perfect for Jimmy," said Doug Scott, Ford Truck marketing manager. "Just like our F-150, we're looking forward to watching our sales consultants demonstrate just what it means to be Built Ford Tough."

From Universal Television and Broadway Video, "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" is executive produced by Lorne Michaels and produced by Josh Lieb. Gavin Purcell produces. "The Tonight Show" tapes before a live studio audience from the newly renovated Studio 6B in Rockefeller Center.
