New York, NY - March 31, 2014 - Scott Aukerman (Between Two Ferns, Mr. Show) and Reggie Watts (Conan, Jash.com) return for an all-new 20 episode third season of the unconventionally entertaining scripted late night talk show, Comedy Bang! Bang! Thursday, May 8 at 10:30PM ET/PT on IFC, immediately following the season two premiere of Maron. The only talk show on television where space, time, reason and laws of physics need not apply.

This season Scott resumes his role as host to A-list celebrities partaking in random lines of questioning, surreal filmed shorts and absurd character cameos. Reggie, the show's stalwart musical cohort, will create his signature music and join Scott on all-new adventures. Sir Couchley and Bookie, Comedy Bang! Bang!'s resident talking couch and book also return to join in this season's off the wall antics. Special features not to be missed by comedy fans include holiday-themed episodes, a turtle expert, home renovation makeovers, time travel, plate spinning, catfishing, an unexpected natural disaster and much more.

Celebrity guests joining in the fun for the first ten episodes of this season include Fred Armisen (Portlandia, Late Night with Seth Meyers), Vanessa Bayer (Saturday Night Live), Alison Brie (Community, Mad Men), Paul Brittain (Saturday Night Live), Lizzy Caplan (Masters of Sex, Party Down), Jenna Fischer (The Office), Zach Galifianakis (Hangover I, II, III, Between Two Ferns), singer Josh Groban, pro skater Tony Hawk, Taran Killam (Saturday Night Live), Kate McKinnon (Saturday Night Live), Bob Odenkirk (Breaking Bad, The Birthday Boys), Nick Offerman (Parks and Recreation, Childrens Hospital), Patton Oswalt (The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Young Adult), Adam Pally (The Mindy Project, Happy Endings), Craig Robinson (Hot Tub Time Machine, This Is the End), Tim Robinson (Saturday Night Live), Paul Scheer (The League, NTSF:SD:SUV), Ben Schwartz (House of Lies, Parks and Recreation), Lynne Marie Stewart (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Pee-wee's Playhouse), Dave Thomas (Arrested Development) and Paul F. The series is produced for IFC by Abso Lutely Productions; Scott Aukerman, Dave Kneebone, Ben Berman and Neil Campbell serve as executive producers. The third season's first ten episodes air through July 10; the remaining ten episodes return October 16 - December 18.

As previously announced, Comedy Bang! Bang! will return to IFC for an expanded fourth season in 2015 with 40 episodes.
