Lifetime Casts Martin Landau in Mormon Polygamist Movie

Lifetime has cast Academy Award and Golden Globe winner Martin Landau in the Lifetime Original Movie "Outlaw Prophet: Warren Jeffs" (working title) starring Tony Goldwyn ("Scandal"). Landau portrays Rulon Jeffs, the father of Warren Jeffs (Goldwyn).
The film, produced by Sony Pictures Television, is based on the book When Men Become Gods by New York Times bestselling author Stephen Singular, and chronicles Jeffs' rise to power after the death of his father, Rulon Jeffs.
Landau is repped by Harry Gold at Talent Works.
(His last Lifetime project was starring as octogenarian millionaire J. Howard Marshall in Anna Nicole).
