E! Launches E! Now as Part of NBCUniversal's TV Everywhere Initiative

LOS ANGELES - May 22, 2014 - E! announced today the launch of "E! Now" giving fans unprecedented access to live streaming of E!'s popular hits including franchises, "The Soup," "Chelsea Lately," "Fashion Police" as well as the network's popular series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," "Total Divas," "Hello Ross," "Eric & Jessie: Game On," and many of E!'s "Live from the Red Carpet" events. In addition E! Now features signature programming on VOD, keeping fans connected to their favorite stars on pop culture's biggest nights.

E!, the multiplatform pop culture powerhouse will keep their loyal fans connected - anywhere, anytime, on any device. This offering marks an important step in the company's long-term strategy to provide both viewers and marketers a user-friendly way to engage with its content on multiple platforms. E! Fans will be able to access their favorite original series via E! Now on desktop (eonline.com/now) and the new "E! Now" app, for iOS. An Android version of the "E! Now" app is scheduled for release in mid June. The launch of "E! Now" is part of NBCUniversal's TV Everywhere initiative.

TV Everywhere is available on an authenticated basis to subscribers of participating MVPDs. Fans can access long-form content through E!'s digital touchpoints on PCs, mobile devices, tablets and on the digital platforms of participating cable, satellite, and telco services, via "TV Everywhere," including AT&T U-verse(R) TV, Bright House Networks, Cablevision's Optimum TV, Charter, Comcast's Xfinity TV, Cox Communications, DIRECTV, DISH, Mediacom, Suddenlink, Time Warner Cable and Verizon FiOS.

New series joining E! and E! Now this summer include "Escape Club," a real life soap opera where men and women abandon their real lives and head off to the Dominican Republic in search of a new destiny (premieres June 8th), and "Botched," a new series where failed cosmetic surgeries are undone and fixed by two highly accomplished cosmetic surgeons. Hit series "Keeping up with the Kardashians" returns (June 8th) and "#RichKids of Beverly Hills" also returns this summer.

E!, the multiplatform pop culture powerhouse, recently rolled out an innovative new cross-platform digital product that incorporates Instagram photos to help bring fans closer to the celebrities and event content they crave, but in a completely different way. Debuting on E! News on May 9th and currently available on Eonline, the E! News Instagram Wall tracks the top celebrity Instagram accounts, dynamically ranking the Top 200 celebs based on the newly created E! Social Score. The E!
