Company Signs Deal to Bring Publication to Magzter's Global Digital Newsstand

Watch!, the glossy consumer magazine published by CBS, has partnered with Magzter, one of the world's fastest-growing digital distributors, to bring the publication to its global digital newsstand. Watch!, which celebrates fashion, beauty and travel through the eyes of CBS stars, already has a popular print edition distributed on newsstands across the U.S. The magazine's addition to Magzter's digital newsstand now gives it access to 19 million new subscribers around the world. Magzter has already contracted with publishers like Hearst to digitally distribute their publications.

"This marks the next step in the digital evolution of our brand, and I'm confident Magtzer will help us grow our audience and our interactive footprint," said Michael Rizzi, Publisher of Watch!. "We continue to seek out new ways to gain readership and brand awareness for Watch! magazine, and having Magtzer as our digital newsstand is a key part of that strategy."

"Watch! has evolved into an elegant, sophisticated magazine that covers celebrity, entertainment, lifestyle and culture from the perspective of the many talents at CBS," said Jeremy Murphy, Editor in Chief of Watch!. "With a digital edition on Magzter, we are able to offer readers even more, including behind-the-scenes videos of all our photo shoots. This is an incredible opportunity to grow our readership and evolve Watch! into multi-platform brand."

"Watch! magazine offers a perspective that no other publication is giving to readers," said Girish Ramdas, CEO, Magzter. "Every issue brings together gorgeous photography, intimate profiles of TV's biggest stars, beautiful location shoots, and smart editorial that covers fashion, beauty, travel and more. I'm confident it will only grow bigger on our newsstand. Going digital expands magazine brands into new markets, opening up audiences across the globe that were previously considered inaccessible."

"Watch! is one of the most elegant magazines covering entertainment on the newsstands," said Vijay Radhakrishnan, Co-Founder and President, Magzter. "Our business is committed to improving the digital experience as we cater to discerning audiences across the world. With our technical infrastructure, Magzter is enabling the biggest names in publishing to make this transition a reality. We are sure the unique content Watch! delivers in every issue will make it one of the most popular titles on Magzter's Digital Newsstand."

Watch! magazine is published six times a year. Every issue features elaborate photo shoots of CBS stars by the world's most renowned photographers, including Patrick Demarchelier, Ellen von Unwerth, Cliff Watts and Art Streiber, while the magazine's articles are penned by well-known writers like Kate Betts, Michael Musto, Brantley Bardin and Hudson Morgan, among many other bold-face names. The magazine has shot cover stories around the world, including at the George V hotel in Paris, aboard the Orient-Express in Venice, at the Mandarin Oriental and Goring hotels in London, the Beau-Rivage Palace in Switzerland, Ashford Castle in Ireland and in front of the Sydney Opera House, as well as in the biggest cities across the U.S.
