Los Angeles, CA, July 31, 2014 - Beginning August 4th, E! kicks off a month-long celebration and a look back at seven hilarious and provocative seasons of "Chelsea Lately" and says goodbye to a show that changed the late night landscape. Host Chelsea Handler has made tens of millions laugh with over 1300 episodes of "Chelsea Lately" and reigned over late night with her unabashed wit, no-holds-barred sarcasm and a level of hilarity that is unrivaled. As this groundbreaking show ends, E!'s "Queen of Late Night" will welcome some of the biggest names in Hollywood throughout the month of August, as well as some of Chelsea's fabulous friends.

Along with surprise guest appearances throughout the month, "Chelsea Lately" will take a trip down memory lane, featuring the over the top moments that propelled the show from cult following to a genuine hit show.

"Chelsea Lately's" final month kicks off Monday, August 4 at 11:00pm ET/PT with a huge, star-studded finale on Tuesday, August 26 only on E!
