"AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL" RETURNS FOR SECOND CYCLE FEATURING GUYS AND GIRLS

14 Finalists From US and Canada Announced

Fan-Favorite "Miss J" Returns to the Judging Panel

August 4, 2014 (Burbank, Calif.) - Cycle 21 of AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL, hosted by Tyra Banks, will premiere Monday, August 18 (9:00-10:00pm ET), featuring seven men and seven women living under one roof and battling it out to earn the prestigious title of AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL. The fourteen finalists were announced today representing regions from all across the US and Canada.

The panel of judges, which includes Banks, fashion public relations maven Kelly Cutrone and the viewing public, will be joined by beloved runway coach J. Alexander (a.k.a. "Miss J.") making his return to the show to determine who stays and who goes in the competition. This is the second "Guys and Girls" edition of the popular series that debuted in 2003. Also joining Cycle 21 as photo shoot creative consultant is the sought-after photographer Yu Tsai, who has worked with some of the entertainment industry's most talented models, actors and musicians.

The model hopefuls will compete for a career-launching prize package that includes returning prize suppliers Nylon Magazine, GUESS and Next Model Management. The winner will receive prizes including: a $100,000 cash prize from GUESS, whose advertising campaigns have launched many modeling careers; a fashion feature in Nylon Magazine and a modeling contract with Next Model Management.

During production this past spring, fans once again had the opportunity to vote online and via mobile to choose their favorite contestants based on a variety of photo shoots. The contestants who had already been eliminated had the opportunity to return to the competition via votes on their photo shoot pictures, which allowed the audience the chance to save their favorite model.*

Original episodes of TOP MODEL will air on Mondays for six weeks, with encores airing Fridays (9:00-10:00pm ET). Beginning October 3, original episodes will move to the Friday (9:00-10:00pm ET) timeslot.

AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL is produced by 10 by 10 Entertainment in association with The Tyra Banks Company. The executive producers are Ken Mok ("Making the Band"), Tyra Banks and Laura Fuest Silva. The series was created by Tyra Banks and developed by Mok and Kenya Barris. Tyra Banks also hosts the series. Currently, "America's Next Top Model" is under license in over 100 markets around the world and has 20 international versions in production. "America's Next Top Model" and the "America's Next Top Model" format are licensed internationally by CBS Studios International.
