"PARTY DOWN SOUTH: THE AFTER PARTY" REUNION SPECIAL PREMIERES WITHOUT TAYLOR "LIL BIT"

THE CAST ANNOUNCES THEY WILL BE BACK FOR A THIRD SEASON TO PREMIERE WINTER 2015

NASHVILLE - August 28, 2014 - Following the shocking second season finale of CMT's highest-rated series PARTY DOWN SOUTH, Christine Lakin returned to host THE AFTER PARTY reunion special with Mattie, Lauren, Tiffany, Murray, Walt, Ryan and Lyle as they looked back at some of the craziest, most dramatic events from their summer in Athens, Georgia, including the scandalous love triangle with Taylor "Lil Bit", Ryan and Taylor's boyfriend back home. Taylor was not at the reunion to give her side of the story, but that didn't stop our cast from whipping it up!

From the start, a rift between Taylor and the rest of the cast was clear. Tiffany said she didn't show up because "she is running away from her problems like she always does and doesn't want to face reality." Lauren said, "She's really good at manipulating people and if she wasn't hiding anything, she would be here." When asked what Taylor did that was so wrong, Tiffany said, "leading 'Daddy' on!" Ryan admitted that after watching the episodes back, he realized that Mattie and Tiffany had his back the entire time and finally thanked them for their support.

Murray thought that Ryan was the real victim in the situation and Tiffany declared that she and Taylor are "absolutely not" best friends anymore. No one in the cast has spoken to Taylor since they left the house and while Ryan would like to repair their friendship at some point, he doesn't feel a sense of urgency as she refuses to return any of their calls or texts and isn't around.

Whether it was their drunken adventures in Cabo, running their game at the bars in Athens, or losing battles with understanding the solar system, the cast provided fun insight to all of their favorite moments from this season. And in the end, the cast confirmed that they will be back for another season with Ryan exclaiming, "Wherever we go next - get ready - there is a Jäger storm coming!"
