BRAVO MEDIA ELEVATES SHARI LEVINE TO EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF CURRENT PRODUCTION, BRAVO

NEW YORK - September 5, 2014- Bravo Media announces the promotion of Shari Levine to Executive Vice President of Current Production, Bravo. The announcement was made today by Jerry Leo, Executive Vice President, Program Strategy, Bravo and Oxygen Media, and Production Bravo Media, to whom she continues to report. Previously, Senior Vice President of Current Production, Shari will continue to oversee the network's expanding slate of original programming and commitment to breakthrough television that pushes the creative limits with innovative and compelling storytelling.

"Shari is one of the creative visionaries behind many of Bravo's hit series," said Leo. "Our shows have a 'Bravo sheen' which is due to Shari's passion and dedication in making high quality original programming."

Under her leadership at Bravo, Shari has successfully expanded many of the network's popular franchises such as "The Real Housewives," which delivered a record breaking season six with "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" garnering over 4.6 million viewers as well as the "Million Dollar Listing" franchise, which recently earned an Emmy nomination for "Million Dollar Listing New York." Additionally, she has helped launch several hit series including "Below Deck," "Don't Be Tardy," "Married to Medicine," "Shah's of Sunset," "Newlyweds The First Year," "Blood, Sweat & Heels," "Southern Charm," and "Vanderpump Rules."

During her time at Bravo, the network has increased its programming slate to reach over 550 hours of originals and become a Top #10 ad supported cable entertainment network. Bravo delivered its eighth consecutive best year ever in 2013 in prime, growing among all key demos from 2012. The network had 28 original series that had one or more telecasts deliver over one million total viewers in 2013, more than any year before. Levine's programming achievements continue as Bravo recently earned its most watched second quarter ever among total viewers in prime.

Levine was the Vice President of Original Programming for Bravo where she led the network's East and West Coast Production teams and was responsible for the production of Bravo's hit creative competition series "Project Runway," "Shear Genius," and "Make Me a Supermodel" as well as the popular docu-series "The Real Housewives of Orange County" and "The Millionaire Matchmaker."

Prior to Bravo, Levine was as a Senior Producer at NBC News and produced the CNBC program "In Profile." She previously worked as a segment producer for the CBS News programs, "Public Eye with Bryant Gumbel," "Eye to Eye with Connie Chung," and "Smithsonian Fantastic Journey Specials." Early in her career, Levine was a segment producer at ABC News on programs and specials including the Barbara Walters special "The Perfect Baby," and the Peter Jennings specials "Answering Children's Questions," and the Emmy Award-winning town hall "Abortion Forum."
