2014 Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting Will Take Place September 21-24 in New York City

NEW YORK, September 17, 2014 - Former President Bill Clinton will make his ninth appearance as a guest on "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" to discuss the Clinton Global Initiative on Thursday, September 18 at 11:00 p.m. (ET/PT). President Clinton, who will preside over the 10th Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting, which takes place next week (September 21-24) in New York City, previously appeared as a guest on the Emmy(R) and Peabody(R) Award-winning show on September 21, 2012, November 9, 2011, September 17, 2010, September 17, 2009, September 23, 2008, September 20, 2007, September 18, 2006 and August 9, 2004.

Established in 2005 by President Bill Clinton, the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) convenes global leaders to devise and implement innovative solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges. Since 2005, CGI Annual Meetings have brought together more than 125 current and former heads of state, 15 Nobel Peace Prize laureates, hundreds of leading CEOs, heads of foundations, major philanthropists, directors of the most effective nongovernmental organizations, and prominent members of the media. These CGI members have made more than 2,900 commitments, which are already improving the lives of more than 430 million people in over 180 countries.

Jon Stewart, Steve Bodow, Jen Flanz, Tim Greenberg, Jill Katz and Adam Lowitt are the Executive Producers of "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" with Hillary Kun as Co-Executive Producer. Supervising Producers are Pam DePace, Justin Melkmann and Stuart Miller. Kahane Cooperman is Producer. The series' Head Writer is Elliott Kalan and it is directed by Chuck O'Neil.

"The Daily Show" airs Monday-Thursday at 11:00 p.m. and repeats at 1:00 a.m. the same night and at 9:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. the following day (all times ET/PT).
