SHOWTIME(R) KICKS OFF THE NEW YEAR WITH SOME "FRIENDS"

New Season of EPISODES Starring Matt LeBlanc Returns on Sunday, January 11th & Matthew Perry To Guest Star On Two All-New Episodes of WEB THERAPY Starring Lisa Kudrow Starting on Wednesday, January 14th

LOS ANGELES, CA - (January 8, 2015) - SHOWTIME will kick off the New Year with a trio of 'Friends' appearing on the network all in the same week. First up is the fourth season premiere of EPISODES, starring Matt LeBlanc, on Sunday, January 11th at 10:30 P.M. ET/PT, followed by a guest starring appearance by Matthew Perry in two, all-new episodes of WEB THERAPY opposite Lisa Kudrow, on Wednesday, January 14th and the following Wednesday, January 21st at 11 PM ET/PT. Perry will appear as Tyler Bishop, a lawyer -- and horrible pathological liar -- who is about to be disbarred and needs Fiona's (Kudrow) help.

In the fourth season of EPISODES, Matt faces a financial crisis and is forced to make some tough decisions, while Sean (Stephen Mangan) and Beverly (Tamsin Greig) have been dragged back to L.A. to shoot more episodes of their disastrous sitcom Pucks! EPISODES is created and executive produced by award-winning writing partners David Crane (Friends) & Jeffrey Klarik (Mad About You), and is also executive produced by Jimmy Mulville through his Hat Trick production company.

As an added bonus on WEB THERAPY, Christina Applegate will guest star in the last two episodes of this season (January 21st and January 28th at 11 PM ET/PT) as Jenny Bologna, a "fixer" from Boston who contacts Fiona to offer her damage control services after the NSA scandal - and reveals a troubling secret that upends Fiona's world. WEB THERAPY is created by Kudrow, Don Roos & Dan Bucatinsky for Is or Isn't Entertainment. Bucatinsky and Kudrow serve as executive producers. Roos continues to serve as director.
