FOX AT THE TCA WINTER PRESS TOUR... - Mark Mylod has been tapped to helm the network's drama pilot "Minority Report," based on the 2002 feature of the same name (Deadline.com); FOX, as expected, has formally pulled the plug on its languishing Sunday comedy "Mulaney" (Deadline.com); "The X Factor" alum Simon Cowell is "deep in conversations" for a new project at the network (Deadline.com); FOX is mulling a potential new season of "24" without Kiefer Sutherland's Jack Bauer (Deadline.com); Mary Steenburgen has joined the Will Forte-led "The Last Man on Earth" in a yet-to-be-revealed capacity (Deadline.com); and 20th Century Fox Television's "The X-Files" and "Prison Break" are among the titles under consideration at FOX for "event series"-type revivals (THR.com).
