40 New Episodes of the Popular Word Association Game To Launch In 2015

January 26, 2015 - Santa Monica, CA - GSN, the leader in game shows and competitive entertainment, announced today it will air 40 new episodes of the popular word association game show CHAIN REACTION, to launch in 2015. This marks the first new episodes of the series since 2007.

The classic half-hour game show - which originally debuted in the 1980s - features teams of two competing against one another to complete chains of words after the first and last words of the chain are revealed. Each word in the chain is related in some way to the word directly above and/or below it. The host of the series is TBA.

The new episodes will be produced by Sony Pictures Television. Vincent Rubino (The Newlywed Game, Million Dollar Password) serves as executive producer.
