Crown Media Family Networks announces its newest four-legged pet celebrity, "Happy, the Dog" as the next star to join the Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries' family alongside "Happy" the Cat. The adoption of "Happy" is part of Crown Media Family Networks' evergreen, prosocial initiative, PET PROJECT, which raises awareness of the plight of shelter animals and promotes shelter pet adoption. Crown Media Family Networks, Hallmark Channel, and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, communicates through entertainment the joys pets bring to our lives every day. As Crown Media Family Networks' cuddliest and friendliest new star, "Happy, the Dog" will also appear in the highly-anticipated 2015 Hero Dog Awards, a celebration of courageous canines who have performed extraordinary good deeds, premiering this Fall.
