BECKY G SCHEDULED TO PERFORM AT THE 2015 RADIO DISNEY MUSIC AWARDS

Popular recording artist Becky G is scheduled to perform at the 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMAs) for the second-consecutive year. A native Angeleno, Becky G has held a 59-consecutive week run on Radio Disney's Top 30 chart with her last three singles. Her smash hit "Shower" sold over 900,000 units, and its music video amassed over 45 million views. Her newest single, "Can't Stop Dancin'," already has over 25 million views on YouTube.

In addition to performing at the 2015 RDMAs, Becky G, a 2014 Radio Disney "N.B.T." (Next Big Thing), is a two-time nominee this year. She's nominated for Stuck In Our Heads - Catchiest New Song (Presented By BAND-AID Brand) for her single "Shower" and You're So Fancy! - Artist With The Best Style.

Becky G performed Saturday in New York City as Radio Disney kicked off "On The Road to the RDMAs," a live event tour for families that features performances by top Radio Disney artists. The concert, at YouTube Space New York, included an audience of excited fans from the Madison Square Boys & Girls Club of New York. Becky G is a 18-year-old singer, songwriter, and rapper who is signed with Kemosabe/RCA Records. Kemosabe is the Sony Music Entertainment record label founded by hitmaker Dr. Luke. Becky is COVERGIRL's youngest ambassador who won "The Best New Artist" award at the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards and was named one of TIME Magazine's "Most Influential Teens of 2014," as well as one of Billboard Magazine's 21 Under 21 (2014) Music's Hottest Young Stars. Becky's smash hit single "Shower" has over 109 million views on YouTube and was one of People Magazine's 2014 Top 10 Songs of the Summer. The 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards, music's biggest event for families, is set for SATURDAY, APRIL 25 at Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles. The show will feature performances by some of the biggest artists in music and the presentation of the uniquely Radio Disney "ARDY" statuette winners, as voted on by fans globally. Walt Disney Records will release a compilation album of 15 tracks featuring nominees and nominated songs on Tuesday, April 21. A 90-minute televised special "Disney Channel Presents the Radio Disney Music Awards" and 30-minute pre-show including red-carpet arrivals will be presented SUNDAY, APRIL 26 on Disney Channel.
