"I'm so excited to dish out new recipes and give a taste of my life as I work, travel, and spend time with friends and family around the dinner table, enjoying an amazing meal," said Duff.

Throughout the season, Haylie visits unique culinary destinations, including local restaurants, spice markets, candy stores and bakeries that inspire her to be creative in her own kitchen, and often invites friends and family to join in the adventure. Lauren Conrad (The Hills, Co-Founder of The Little Market), Amy Davidson (8 Simple Rules), Arielle Kebbel(The Vampire Diaries), Beverly Mitchell (7th Heaven),Jamie-Lynn Sigler (The Sopranos), Hanna Skvarla (Co-Founder of The Little Market), Marla Sokoloff (the Fosters, Full House), Jessica Zohr (Gossip Girl), and many more accompany Haylie on her quest for fabulous food.

On the first episode, Haylie plans a special Spanish-themed surprise birthday dinner for her mom, Susan Duff. While she has the evening perfectly planned, Haylie leads "Mama Suz" to believe that she will not be able to attend. To catch her mother off guard, Haylie cooks a stellar birthday breakfast of Farro Cakes and Strawberry Crostinis. With a little help from Food Network's Duff Goldman (Spring Baking Championship, Duff Till Dawn), Haylie is able to pull off the biggest surprise of the day - homemade Dulce de Leche Cake.

Haylie's interest in cooking sparked after her dad gifted her his grandmother's cookbook full of family recipes. Tucked inside, she discovered a handwritten note from a café owner dating back to 1934. The note included one of his top-secret recipes, inspiring Haylie to share her recipes in the same gracious sentiment. In October 2013, Haylie penned her first cookbook, The Real Girl's Kitchen, based off her wildly popular namesake blog. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California with her fiancé, Matt Rosenberg, and they are expecting their first child this spring.
