FOX SPORTS UNVEILS SCHEDULE FOR 22ND NFL SEASON

FOX NFL Season Opens with NFL's Oldest Rivalry, Packers at Bears

Television's No. 1 Show, AMERICA'S GAME OF THE WEEK, Kicks Off with Cowboys at Eagles in Week 2

Sundays Begin with FOX NFL SUNDAY, America's Most-Watched NFL Pregame Show for 21 Straight Seasons

New York & Los Angeles - Coming off another season as the home to the highest-rated and most-watched NFL program, FOX Sports today presents its schedule for the 2015 season, the network's 22nd covering the National Football League.

FOX NFL coverage is scheduled to broadcast 101 regular-season games, including nine installments of AMERICA'S GAME OF THE WEEK, which is on track to be television's most-watched program for the sixth straight year. AMERICA'S GAME OF THE WEEK kicks off in Week 2 with a classic NFC East matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles from Lincoln Financial Field. Other clashes featured on AMERICA'S GAME OF THE WEEK this season include Green Bay at San Francisco (Week 4); Dallas at the New York Giants (Week 7); Seattle at Dallas (Week 8); San Francisco at Seattle (Week 11); Philadelphia at the defending Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots (Week 13); Dallas at Green Bay (Week 14); Green Bay at Arizona (Week 16); and Seattle at Arizona (Week 17).

The 2015 FOX NFL regular season opens with the league's oldest rivalry on Sunday, Sept. 13, as the Chicago Bears host the Green Bay Packers (1:00 PM ET). Other games that day include the two-time defending NFC Champion Seattle Seahawks at the St. Louis Rams; the NFC South Champion Carolina Panthers at the Jacksonville Jaguars; the New Orleans Saints at Arizona Cardinals; and Detroit Lions at San Diego Chargers.

FOX NFL broadcasts its traditional Thanksgiving Day game on Thursday, Nov. 26, as the Detroit Lions host the Philadelphia Eagles at 12:30 PM ET. FOX also carries one game from across the pond this season, as the Lions face the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, Nov. 1 (9:30 AM ET), kicking off a FOX NFL tripleheader which also includes five regional games at 1:00 PM ET, followed by AMERICA'S GAME OF THE WEEK - Seattle at Dallas - at 4:25 PM ET.

This year's FOX NFL schedule features nine appearances each by Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks and Aaron Rodgers' NFC North Champion Green Bay Packers. Also featured nine times on FOX this season are Eli Manning and the New York Giants, Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys, and Chip Kelly's Philadelphia Eagles, who, following off-season acquisitions like DeMarco Murray, Sam Bradford and Tim Tebow, are one of the most interesting stories heading into 2015.

Each week, coverage begins with FOX NFL SUNDAY (12:00-1:00 PM ET/9:00-10:00 AM PT), America's most-watched pregame show for 21 straight seasons. Terry Bradshaw and Curt Menefee return as co-hosts alongside analysts Howie Long, Jimmy Johnson and Michael Strahan. Bradshaw, Menefee, Long, Johnson and Strahan are joined by NFL insider Jay Glazer and NFL rules analyst Mike Pereira. Since its premiere in September 1994, FOX NFL SUNDAY has won 20 Emmy Awards for its production and personalities, including four for Outstanding Studio Show.

Once playoff teams are determined, FOX NFL presents exclusive live postseason coverage, including an NFC Wild Card Game, the NFC Divisional Playoffs and the NFC Championship Game.

The 2015 FOX NFL season kicks off with a pair of exciting preseason matchups beginning Sunday, Aug. 23 (8:00 PM ET), as the Tennessee Titans host the St. Louis Rams. On Sunday, Aug. 30 (4:00 PM ET), J.J. Watt and the Houston Texans make the short trip east to face Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints, visiting the city as it commemorates on the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

The 2014 FOX NFL regular season marked FOX Sports' second most-watched since the network began broadcasting NFL games in 1994, with an average audience of 20.7 million viewers. AMERICA'S GAME OF THE WEEK, which last season averaged a sensational 15.5/29 with 26.9 million viewers, is poised to retain its crown as the most-watched show in television for the sixth straight season upon the television season's conclusion in May. FOX Sports' five most-watched NFL seasons have all come within the last five years, and last year's NFL on FOX schedule averaged +8% higher rating over its performance five years ago and +34% higher than its delivery 10 years ago.
