FYI PRESENTS THE NEW ORIGINAL SERIES "WATERFRONT HOUSE HUNTING" PREMIERING MONDAY, MAY 25 AT 10PM ET

NEW YORK, NY - MAY 12, 2015 - FYI's new original series, "Waterfront House Hunting" follows prospective buyers as they search for the home of their dreams in a waterfront location. Viewers will get a peek inside some of the most incredible spaces while being exposed to an immersive home-buying experience. Fourteen half-hour episodes are set to premiere on Monday, May 25 at 10pm ET.

In "Waterfront House Hunting", real estate expert Nick Waldner helps people find a new home in a more desirable, waterfront location that will better suit their lifestyle. From homes on the Gulf Shore of Alabama, to Lake Havasu in Arizona and Oceanside in Marathon, Florida, Nick will unearth one-of-a-kind properties with an enviable view worth moving for. Each episode of the series features a family or couple in different parts of the country looking for a new home with one requirement in common: close proximity to the water.

"This series offers fantasy lifestyle fulfillment for our viewers," said Gena McCarthy, SVP Programming & Development for FYI. "Each episode delivers waterfront eye candy on an achievable budget."

Every buyer has their own set of preferences - whether it's a high-rise condo or a home large enough to fit an expanding family, Nick will guide them in the right direction and help prioritize their needs. After seeing three different options, buyers must choose which home will finally make their dream of living near the water come true.

"Waterfront House Hunting" is produced for FYI by Authentic Entertainment. Executive producers for Authentic Entertainment are Lauren Lexton, Tom Rogan, and Joe Correll. Executive producers for FYI are Gena McCarthy and James Bolosh.
