NEW YORK, N.Y. - May 14, 2015 - CBS Corporation today announced its digital subscription, video on demand and live streaming service, CBS All Access, has reached agreements with 13 additional affiliate partners to enable live streaming of their local CBS stations. The affiliate partners announced today include Bahakel Communications, Block Communications, Capitol Broadcasting, Cox Media Group, Draper Holdings, Ft. Myers Broadcasting, Griffin Communications LLC, Meridian Media, Midwest Television, Mt. Mansfield Television, News-Press & Gazette Company, Schurz Communications and West Virginia Media Holdings, with more to come. The live linear feeds in many of the markets represented by 13 affiliate groups will begin rolling out in the coming weeks.

The affiliate partners announced today join the 12 affiliates that signed on to join the CBS All Access service in April and the 14 owned-and-operated CBS stations that participated in the service's October launch. The addition of these 13 affiliate groups will bring the live linear feed coverage of CBS All Access to 64 percent of U.S. households, spanning 94 markets in total. The affiliate partners announced today include major markets such as Seattle, Raleigh-Durham, San Diego, Oklahoma City, Santa Barbara, Wilmington, Palm Springs and Wichita.

"The addition of these 13 affiliate groups underscores the tremendous momentum we have in building CBS All Access, and reflects the strong partnership between CBS and our CBS affiliates," said Ray Hopkins, President, Television Networks Distribution, CBS Corporation. "We look forward to adding more affiliates in the coming months, as we continue to grow the carriage of CBS local stations in their markets with this new direct-to-consumer service nationwide."

Michael Fiorile, Vice Chairman and CEO of Dispatch Broadcast Group and Chairman of the CBS Affiliates Board, added, "We are thrilled that Dispatch's WBNS launched in Columbus this month. CBS's commitment to the CBS affiliates has never been more evident than it is today through our joint efforts to launch and support CBS All Access together."

The ability to live stream local CBS stations through CBS All Access is made available through Syncbak, in which CBS has a minority investment. Syncbak powers the delivery and geo-targeting of the live feeds to in-market subscribers.

In the markets that do not yet offer live-streaming of their local CBS station, CBS All Access subscribers still have access to nearly 7,000 episodes on-demand via the CBS App for iOS and Android, on CBS All Access' Roku Channel and online at CBS.com, with additional connected devices being added in the coming months. CBS All Access' on-demand offering includes episodes from the current season - including full current seasons of 19 shows with episodes available after they air - as well as previous seasons and classic shows.
