Viewers' Votes Are Counted in Extraordinary Two-Hour Show on Tuesday, May 19 as Next Great Artist Is Set to Become the Voice

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. - May 15, 2015 - Superstar musical artists Maroon 5, Luke Bryan, Kelly Clarkson, John Fogerty, Meghan Trainor and Ed Sheeran will perform live on the season finale episode of "The Voice" on Tuesday, May 19 (9-11 p.m. ET/PT).

More guest performers are expected to be announced later.

Maroon 5 will world premiere its new single, "This Summer's Gonna Hurt Like a Motherf***er," which will be released to radio and be available for sale TODAY, May 15. Maroon 5's current album, "V," debuted at #1 on Billboard's Top 200 chart and features the hit singles "Maps," "Animals" and "Sugar," all of which hit #1 on the Top 40 chart. Maroon 5 recently wrapped a sold out 30-city North American arena tour in April. The band will be kicking off the European leg of their world tour in Paris on May 24 at Zenith Paris.

Luke Bryan, who will perform his new single "Kick the Dust Up," is the reigning Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association's Entertainer of the Year. Since his debut in 2007, Bryan has released 12 No. 1 singles and sold nearly 7 million albums and 27 million digital tracks. His latest studio album, "Crash My Party," sold more than 2 million copies with 8 million digital downloads, won the Billboard Music Award for Top Country Album and contains six consecutive No. 1 hit singles. In 2014, Bryan achieved the best touring year of his career with 1.7 million fans attending his concerts. This month he launched the "Kick the Dust Up" tour, which will run through October and play seven stadium dates.

Grammy Award winner Kelly Clarkson, who will be performing her new single, "Invincible," has sold more than 20 million albums worldwide and has had 10 singles in the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. She is the recipient of three Grammy Awards, four American Music Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, two Academy of Country Music Awards and one CMA Award. Clarkson's sixth and most recent studio album, "Piece by Piece," debuted at #1 on Billboard's Top 200 chart, marking her third #1 debut on the chart. Clarkson's 2011 album, "Stronger," was certified platinum, won the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album and produced the smash singles "Mr. Know It All" and "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)." In 2013, her Christmas album "Wrapped in Red" debuted at #3 and is certified platinum. Clarkson will hit the road this summer on her 2015 "Piece by Piece" tour.

An American musician and singer-songwriter, Fogerty is a rock icon. As the lead singer, songwriter and guitarist of Creedence Clearwater Revival and a Grammy-winning solo aritst, Fogerty wrote some of the most memorable songs in rock 'n' roll, including "Proud Mary," "Bad Moon Rising," "Born on the Bayou," "Have You Ever Seen the Rain," "Centerfield" and "Fortunate Son." He has been inducted into both the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame as well as the Songwriters Hall of Fame. This summer he will be touring the U.S. as part of his "1969" world tour, which focuses on the music from the pivotal year when Fogerty wrote and recorded three separate albums with Creedence Clearwater Revival. His first-ever memoir, titled "Fortunate Son: My Life, My Music," is scheduled for an Oct. 6 release on Little Brown.

Performing her new single "Dear Future Husband" on "The Voice," Meghan Trainor will also appear on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Thursday, May 21 and "Today" on Friday, May 22. She vaulted to the top of dozens of worldwide charts with her latest album, "Title." The disc ranks as the biggest-selling debut for a female artist's first full-length album in more than five years, and the biggest-selling debut for a solo artist's first full-length album in more than three years. The single "All About That Bass" is a juggernaut in and of itself. The two-time Grammy-nominated debut single spent eight weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and has been certified six-times RIAA platinum in the U.S. alone. Globally, "All About That Bass" has hit #1 in 58 countries, generated more than 10 million downloads, over 275 million streams and nearly 816 million YouTube views to date. The follow-up single "Lips Are Movin" has been certified RIAA double platinum, has reached the top five on the Billboard Hot 100, top five at top 40 radio and has over 180 million video views. Trainor's "The MTrain" tour begins in July. For more information, visit www.meghan-trainor.com.

Ed Sheeran will perform "Photograph" from his acclaimed second full-length album "x" (pronounced "multiply"), which went to #1 on the album charts in 14 countries around the world. The album has since achieved platinum sales in 18 countries, including the United States and his native United Kingdom, where it was the biggest selling album of 2014. With worldwide sales exceeding 7 million, "x" is highlighted by the smash singles "Sing," "Don't" and "Thinking Out Loud," which marks Sheeran's first #1 single in the U.S. Sheeran was nominated for three Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year. Sheeran has played countless sold-out shows across the globe, including New York City's Madison Square Garden and London's O2 Arena. This summer will see him perform his biggest headlining shows to date, including his just-announced first NFL stadium show at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., and three sold-out nights at London's Wembley Stadium.

So far this season, "The Voice" is averaging a 3.9 rating, 12 share in adults 18-49 and 13.8 million viewers overall in "most current" averages from Nielsen Media Research, making it television's #1 unscripted series in the key 18-49 demographic. In the week before the show's season finale, both the Monday and Tuesday editions of "The Voice" generated week-to-week growth in 18-49 and were the #1 telecasts of the night on the Big 4 broadcast networks.

"The Voice" is a presentation of United Artists Media Group (an MGM company), Talpa Media USA Inc. and Warner Horizon Television. The series was created by John de Mol, who serves as executive producer along with Mark Burnett, Audrey Morrissey, Marc Jansen and Lee Metzger.
