America's Favorite Dancer to Be Given Opportunity to Dance With Jennifer Lopez at her Upcoming Las Vegas Residency at The Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort

Tonight, Team Stage finalist Edson Juarez and Team Street finalist Jessica "JJ" Rabone were sent home on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. Additionally, each of the finalists choreographed and performed a solo piece to a song from the EMPIRE soundtrack.

Next week, on Monday, Aug. 24 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), the Top Eight finalists - (Stage): Gaby Diaz, Jim Nowakowski, Hailee Payne and Derek Piquette (Street): Megan "Megz" Alfonso, Eddie "Neptune" Eskridge, Virgil Gadson, and Jana "Jaja" Vankova - will be paired with All-Star partners. Next week's All-Stars include: Comfort Fedoke (Season Four), Jaimie Goodwin (Season Three), Jasmine Harper (Season 10), Paul Karmiryan (Season 10), Kayla Radomski (Season Five), Robert Roldan (Season Seven), Du-Shaunt "Fik-Shun" Stegall (Season 10) and Ricky Ubeda (Season 11)

As the competition heats up and SO THINK YOU CAN DANCE gets closer to crowning America's Favorite dancer, global superstar and AMERICAN IDOL judge Jennifer Lopez announced a new prize for the winning dancer. In addition to receiving $250,000 and the cover of Dance Spirit magazine, this year's winner will be given the chance to dance with Lopez at her upcoming Las Vegas residency at The Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort, following the Season 12 SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE Live Tour.

Also announced on tonight's show was the SYTYCD Season 12 Tour, with pre-sale tickets going on sale to American Express(R) Card Members who can purchase tickets in select markets before the general public, beginning Tuesday, Aug. 25 at 10:00 AM local time through Thursday, Aug. 27 at 10:00 PM local time. The tour kicks off on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie, TX, and crosses the United States and Canada with 70 sensational stops. The first leg of the tour will wrap on Tuesday, Dec. 29, at the Taco Bell Arena in Boise, ID. The dancers will then return for the second leg of the tour in Canada in January 2016.
