CLINTON KELLY RETURNS TO TLC WITH DEVYN SIMONE TO HELP DATERS FIND "LOVE AT FIRST SWIPE"

Groundbreaking makeover series launches Friday, October 2nd at 9/8c

For the modern dater, online profiles have become just as important as what you see in person. While swiping through hundreds of pages to find the perfect match, some have mastered the art of the selfie and the perfectly-written caption, but others are making bad choices that hurt their chances at finding love. Enter former What Not to Wear host and style expert, Clinton Kelly and online dating guru Devyn Simone who help these women become their best self, inside and out and online in LOVE AT FIRST SWIPE. The series, launching on October 2nd at 9/8c, is about identifying the mistakes people make online and then transforming their style and profiles. From oversexed photos to depressing status updates, these online dating profile disasters just aren't clicking.

In each episode, Clinton, current co-host of The Chew, and Devyn, former cast member on Real World, unearth the rationale behind the photo and status update choices for each unlucky, online dater and then help them transform their look and online presence. Clinton takes each woman for a style makeover that better represents her whole personality - whether it is a mom looking to dress more conservatively or an introvert looking to express herself better through a new wardrobe. After these physical transformations, Devyn gives the women an online dating tutorial complete with new photos and an updated profile. The women put their new look to the test when Clinton and Devyn share the new and improved profile with 100 potential mates, and then the women choose a date from one of the men that liked her profile. From online disaster to dating in style, these women leave with new-found confidence to conquer the online dating world.

In the premiere episode, recently-widowed Paige is looking for a second chance at love, but desperately needs some help. Her kooky look screams freaky, not funky, so Clinton and Devyn come to the rescue and help her shine light on her full personality. Clinton tackles Paige's wacky wardrobe and reinvents her look, and Devyn reintroduces her to the dating world for the first time in twenty years, giving her a crash course in online dating 101. Together they give Paige a physical and emotional makeover and send her out on a date in hopes that her confidence will shine through in person and online.

Some of the other transformations include:

Rosalie - a sweetheart that hides behind her all black wardrobe and intimidating demeanor online. Can Clinton and Devyn soften her look?

Lynette - a fun-loving and hardworking woman that constantly feels the need to change her look with varying wigs and different personas. She needs help identifying her true self.

Samantha - a mom of twin daughters looking to find love and a father figure for her children, but her dating profile only reveals her cleavage and desperation to find a man. Can Clinton and Devyn help clean up her image?

Elaine, AKA Lanie J - a dedicated mom and up-and-coming rapper needs to tone down her look to convey that she's a mom AND a hip-hop star.

LOVE AT FIRST SWIPE is produced by Jane Street Entertainment for TLC.
