NEW YORK, August 24, 2015 - Mind-bending animated experience "TripTank" is back! Season two of Comedy Central's anthology series premieres on Wednesday, September 23 at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT following an all-new episode of "Moonbeam City," before moving to its regular time of Fridays at Midnight ET/PT. Catch up on season one on the Comedy Central App and at cc.com/triptank beginning September 7 (no authentication required).

Executive produced by ShadowMachine's Alex Bulkley and Corey Campodonico, "TripTank" season two takes things just a little bit further through a variety of animation styles, featuring a broad range of formats including 2D, stop-motion and CGI. The weekly, ten-episode half-hour series showcases a wide range of fast-paced, hard-hitting animated comedy shorts, weaving together stand-alone and recurring narrative pieces.

In the premiere episode, poor Gary's frienemies say "Suck it Gary" with a classic doctor impersonation prank, Roy introduces Steve to a W.A.N.G, and a gnome owner gets his comeuppance.

Other season one favorites "Ricky the Rocketship," "Bethiffer" and "Jeff & Some Aliens" (recently picked up to series) are back for more, and season two will introduce "Jerk Chicken" (created by Dana Snyder of "Aqua Teen Hunger Force"), "Loud Ninja" (created by multi-platinum Grammy(R) winner Ne-Yo); and "Rest Assured" (created by Mike Clattenberg of "Black Jesus"), among hundreds of other animated shorts.

Voice talent this season includes Margaret Cho, Andrew Dice Clay, Jemaine Clement, David Cross, Kevin Dillon, Jon Hamm, David Hasselhoff, Cheryl Hines, Kristen Johnston, Tom Kenny, Keegan-Michael Key, Tom Lennon, Niecy Nash, Ne-Yo, Jordan Peele, Paul Reiser, Amy Schumer, Brittany Snow, Nick Swardson and Wendie Malick.

This season fans will have the opportunity to get even more involved in the "TripTank" world, through a "TripTank" 800 number, where fans can leave a message for Steve and the TripTank gang, with a chance to have their voicemail animated; and a fan art contest (details available soon). Throughout the season, the "TripTank" Web and mobile sites will feature weekly previews and highlight clips from the series. Fans can also 'Like' the "TripTank" Facebook page, follow the show on Twitter and follow the official "TripTank" Tumblr for exclusive content from the show, including exclusive digital animated shorts.

Episodes of "TripTank" will be available the day after air on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, Google Play, Xbox Video, Vudu and Verizon Flexview, as well as on the Comedy Central App to fans that sign in via their cable or satellite provider. The Comedy Central App is available for iPad and iPhone on the App Store, Android on Google Play, Roku, Xbox One and Chromecast.
