ROBERT'S NERVES GET THE BEST OF HIM, AND GIGI STRUGGLES TO MAKE HERSELF HEARD ON ALL-NEW EPISODES OF ABC FAMILY'S REALITY SERIES "JOB OR NO JOB," AIRING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3

Burbank, CA (August 31, 2015) - Robert's eagerness leads to nervousness as he stumbles through his interviews, and Gigi has a hard time letting her voice be heard as she is given back-to-back challenges on new episodes of ABC Family's reality series "Job or No Job," airing Thursday, September 3rd at 3:00pm and 12am, respectively.

"Job or No Job" follows one young adult per episode on his/her journey to land a first job in their chosen career. Each candidate will go on three interviews and viewers will follow along to find out if s/he lands three, two, one - or zero offers. Jane Buckingham (Founder and CEO of Trendera and bestselling author of The Modern Girls Guide to Life) will be the Career & Lifestyle expert (a.k.a. The "Fairy Jobmother"), dispensing advice on how to learn from their mistakes, where to shop and eat, how to get around town, where to find housing, and the realities of entering the job market.

Robert's Episode:

18-year-old Robert Morin, a Finance major, leaves his friends and school behind in Houston, TX to head to Los Angeles to interview with three successful Realty firms. In his first interviews with Nikki Kilmer and John Venti, real estate agents with Redfin, his excitement and nerves cause him to stumble through both his interview answers and an open house presentation.

Later, when he interviews with Mauricio Umansky, Owner of The Agency, he's once again jittery during his interview and freezes up during his mock-pitch to Mauricio.

Finally, he meets with Stacey Valnes, Owner of Valnes Bell Realtors and his partner, Heather Bell, who try to loosen him up and see if he'll fit in their laid-back office environment. Needless to say, this throws Robert for a loop.

Jane tries to show Robert that he has the determination, but now he needs to get out of his own head and learn to relax so he can perform under pressure. Airs Thursday, September 3rd at 3pm ET/PT.

Gigi's Episode:

Gigi McDowell, an aspiring event planner, leaves her friends and family behind in Dallas to fly out to Nashville to interview with three successful companies in her field. In her first interview with Nathaniel Beaver, Co-Owner of Infinity, Gigi is put to the test when she's asked to pick five varieties of scotch and whiskey and an interesting fact about each of them - in five minutes.

Later, she interviews with Randi Lesnick, Founder of Randi Events, and is tasked with putting a wedding together on the spot.

Finally, she meets with Angela Proffitt, Owner of Angela Proffitt Events, who interviews her for an eight-week internship - unpaid.

Jane, touched by GiGi's story of losing her mother at a young age and getting into Event Planning to follow in her footsteps, encourages GiGi along the way to keep her chin up and let her voice be heard. Airs Thursday, September 3rd at 12am ET/PT.

"Job or No Job" is produced by Studio Lambert/All3Media America. Stephen Lambert, Eli Holzman, Greg Goldman and Sara Quick serve as executive producers.
