SEASON PREMIERE

THE OFFICIAL "SHARK TANK" COMPANION SERIES, "BEYOND THE TANK," RETURNS FOR A 4-WEEK EVENT BEGINNING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) ON ABC

Learn More about the Entrepreneurs' Personal Journeys as Well as Their Struggles and Triumphs as They Persevere to Pursue the American Dream

Watch as the Sharks roll up their sleeves to help their Entrepreneurs make the tough decisions that hopefully lead to success, growth and profits in "Beyond the Tank," the companion series from the producers of the Emmy-award winning reality series, "Shark Tank." The one-hour episodes of "Beyond the Tank" will feature the captivating and surprising outcomes after the Sharks strike a deal with the Entrepreneurs on "Shark Tank." The season premiere, "Episode 110," airs TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 (10:00-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. (The 4-week event of "Beyond the Tank" will run through Tuesday, October 20).

In the premiere, "Episode 110," Mark Cuban goes one-on-one with the Austin, TX team from Beatbox, a boxed wine geared to millennials. Beatbox creators Justin Fenchel, Aimy Steadman & Brad Schultz got a deal in Season Six. They now know they have to convince Mark they can find innovative and creative ways to bring in new customers or their business will stagnate.

Barbara Corcoran invested in The Coop from Los Angeles-based Juliet Boydstun & Lucinda Lent during Season Four. She was surprised to discover that the two longtime friends and moms were not making any money or expanding and gives them a perfect plan to grow The Coop, a kid's indoor/outdoor play and party space.

In Season Five, sisters Donna & Rosy Khalife from Washington, D.C. impressed the Sharks but didn't get a deal because they placed too high of a valuation on Surprise Ride, a subscription gift service that sends children imaginative toys to spark their creativity. They left the Tank without a deal but a surprise phone call from an intrigued Kevin O'Leary could give them some needed advice.

Mark Burnett, Leslie Garvin, Clay Newbill and Phil Gurin are the executive producers of "Beyond the Tank." Mark Burnett, Clay Newbill, Yun Lingner and Phil Gurin are the executive producers of "Shark Tank," which is based on the Japanese "Dragons' Den" format created by Nippon Television Network Corporation. The series is produced by United Artists Media Group in association with Sony Pictures Television.

"Beyond the Tank" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with stereo sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.
