MULTI PLATINUM SELLING, FAN-FUELED BOY BAND TURNS THE CAMERAS AROUND ON THEMSELVES IN SECOND SEASON OF "ROCK THIS BOAT: NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK" ON POP

Eight Episode Television Series Gives Viewers Unprecedented Access Inside the World of NKOTB on Their Annual, Sold-Out Party Cruise with Their Most Devoted Fans

LOS ANGELES, CA - September 16, 2015 - ROCK THIS BOAT: NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK (NKOTB), a fan-infused original series that launched on Pop earlier this year featuring one of the best-selling boy bands in music history, will return for a second season. All five members of NKOTB - Donnie, Joey, Danny, Jordan and Jonathan - will once again jump on-board their wildly popular, sold out fan cruise which sets sail next month from Miami to Grand Turk, Bahamas.

"We are excited for season two of 'Rock This Boat,' which will shine a light on our band's amazing, unsurpassed relationship with our fans - the best fans in the history of music," said Donnie Wahlberg. "We are also excited to show the millions of fans who cannot attend our cruises just how awesome the NKOTB and Blockhead relationship is, as we turn the cameras around on ourselves this time!"

"The unwavering fandom surrounding New Kids on The Block is exciting and infectious, and there is no better way to reward and engage their millions of die-hard fans than with unprecedented access to the band," said Paul Adler, Senior Vice President, Original Programming and Development, Pop. "As a network that celebrates the fun of being a fan, we're looking forward to once again aligning ourselves with a band that has transcended time and continues to pop in fan culture."

NKOTB has sold more than 80 million albums and continues to ignite a loyal fan following worldwide. With countless sold out tours and multiple #1 hit songs, the band's annual party cruise has sold out six years in a row.

The first season of ROCK THIS BOAT: NKOTB told the real-life personal stories and long-awaited journeys of NKOTB's most devoted fans with limited backstage footage. In the second season, the eight-episode television series will turn its focus directly on the band, giving fans unprecedented access to the entire NKOTB experience. Cameras will be placed inside each band member's cabin, as well as backstage to capture their real interactions, banter and private moments. To deliver on Pop's brand mission of celebrating pop culture through the perspective of a fan, five Blockheads have been hired as consulting producers on the series to further represent the enthusiasm and devoted passion of NKOTB fans.

ROCK THIS BOAT is produced by Jarrett Creative Group in association with Donnie D. Productions. Executive Producers are Donnie Wahlberg, Julie Insogna Jarrett and Seth Jarrett.

About Pop

Fans don't sit at the outskirts of pop culture making snarky comments. They live right smack in the middle of it, sharing, creating, and connecting their passions with others. At Pop, fans finally have a destination that celebrates the fun of being a fan. Fans aren't even fans anymore - they're gladiators, tributes, human beings and blockheads. Seen in more than 80 million homes, Pop gives fans a dedicated channel that loves being a fan as much as they do. A channel that respects talent over celebrity. A channel filled with optimism, passion, humor, and excitement. A channel that understands the fun doesn't stop when the credits roll... it's really just the beginning.

Pop is a joint venture of CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS) and Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF). The partnership combines CBS's programming, production and marketing assets with Lionsgate's resources in motion pictures, television and digitally delivered content. Pop's ownership structure is comprised of the company with the #1 broadcast network and many of the top first-run syndication series ("Entertainment Tonight," "The Insider") and the studio that produces and distributes the blockbuster "Hunger Games," "Twilight" and "Divergent" franchises and produces such award-winning TV series as "Mad Men" and "Orange is the New Black."
