ELECTUS PARTNERS WITH PSYCHIC MEDIUM JOHN EDWARD FOR NEW SERIES "ONE LAST TIME WITH JOHN EDWARD"

'Crossing Over' Star Makes a Return to Television with a Groundbreaking New Way to Connect Families with Their Lost Loved Ones.

Los Angeles, CA (October 19, 2015)-- Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC [NASDAQ: IACI], is joining forces with famed medium, author, and host John Edward to create a new series that will take paranormal television to the next level.

One Last Time with John Edward will push the boundaries of the afterlife and redefine the paranormal genre using new and exciting technology. In each one hour episode, John will randomly read a group of families looking to connect with their lost loved ones. To help these families find healing and closure, John Edward and his grief team will provide them with the opportunity to see and speak to their loved ones using exclusive technology.

"John Edward redefined television and created an entirely new genre with Crossing Over, and we are thrilled to work with him on his next project," said Chris Grant, CEO of Electus. "One Last Time will move the genre forward by combining the paranormal with the latest technology; audiences everywhere will be surprised, moved, and completely captivated by this series."

John Edward is best known for connecting hundreds of families with their lost loved ones on the popular show Crossing Over with John Edward, which quickly became a sensation, spanning more than 600 episodes and picking up international syndication. Recently, John has turned his talents on celebrities, reading the biggest names in Hollywood, including Kim Kardashian, Anderson Cooper, and Dr. Phil. He is also a celebrated New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, with works translated in five languages and sold in more than 16 countries. John Edward is represented by Gina Rugolo at Rugolo Entertainment and Marc Chamlin at Loeb & Loeb.
