Dr. Jenn and all five couples excitedly prepare for the first-ever televised wedding of a transgender person featuring Carmen Carrera and Adrian Torres' recommitment of vows. Amidst communication issues and bridesmaid drama, the whole gang pulls together just in time for this historical celebration of love.
