HGTV COMBINES FANTASY DESTINATION WITH HOME FIXES IN "BEACHFRONT BARGAIN HUNT: RENOVATION" IN JULY

New Episodes of Four Fantasy Lifestyle Favorites Premiere This Summer

NEW YORK [For Immediate Release - June 6, 2016] Home renovation and fantasy destinations, two of HGTV's most popular program themes, will unite in the network's new series, Beachfront Bargain Hunt: Renovation. Premiering Saturday, July 2, at 9 p.m. ET/PT, the 13-episode series will follow homebuyers as they purchase affordable oceanfront fixer uppers and transform them into perfect vacation getaways. HGTV also will premiere new seasons of four fantasy lifestyle favorites, including Beachfront Bargain Hunt, Mexico Life, Island Hunters and Caribbean Life.

New summer programs on HGTV will premiere as follows:

Beachfront Bargain Hunt: Renovation
Series premieres Saturday, July 2, at 9 p.m. ET/PT
With a little imagination, smart budgeting and a little of elbow grease, families are tasked with turning an affordable vacation home into a relaxing oceanfront oasis in Beachfront Bargain Hunt: Renovation.

Beachfront Bargain Hunt
New season premieres Sunday, July 3, at 8 and 8:30 p.m. ET/PT
Beachfront property dreams come true in Beachfront Bargain Hunt. Each episode follows a family as they search for perfect waterfront homes that won't break the bank. This new season highlights affordable homes in such locations as San Juan, Puerto Rico; Orange Beach, Alabama and Ocean City, Maryland.

Mexico Life
New season premieres Sunday, July 3, at 9 and 9:30 p.m. ET/PT
Mexico Life showcases families exploring the country's quaint towns, vibrant green jungles and beautiful beaches to find their dream home. From luxurious beachside properties to open-air cottages in the rainforest, Mexico offers ideal homes no matter the budget or lifestyle.

Island Hunters
New season premieres Sunday, July 3, at 10 and 10:30 p.m. ET/PT
Island Hunters follows families as they search for the ultimate getaway - their own private island. The new season visits for-sale islands in such destinations as Croatia, Nicaragua, Canada and the Caribbean.

Caribbean Life
Premieres Sunday, August 28, at 9 and 9:30 p.m. ET/PT
In Caribbean Life, families leave the mainland behind to live on island time. Each new episode follows potential buyers as they tour houses near white sandy beaches in hopes of finding an affordable tropical home in island hideaways from Curacao, St. Croix and the U.S. Virgin Islands to Roatan, Honduras.
