BLACKLIST, THE: REDEMPTION (NBC) - Adrian Martinez has joined the cast of the upcoming spin-off as Dumont, "an extremely capable computer hacker with an exotic air who keeps his boss apprised of their enemies' movements." Said character originated in May's season finale. (Deadline.com)
BLOOD DRIVE (Syfy) - Colin Cunningham ("Falling Skies") is the latest addition to the upcoming drama. He'll play Slink, "the nastiest creature you'll ever dread to meet, created from an ether of pure corruption and sin. Ever the showman, Slink soaks up the spotlight as the mastermind of Blood Drive, an underground death race in which the cars run on human blood." (Deadline.com)
BLUE BLOODS (CBS) - Tom Selleck has closed a deal to return for the show's seventh season, which kicks off production today. (Deadline.com)
CHICAGO JUSTICE (NBC) - Nazneen Contractor - who played Dawn Harper, "the second-in-command to Philip Winchester's prosecutor Peter Stone" in the show's backdoor pilot - won't continue onto the series. (THR.com)
HARLOTS (Hulu) - Eloise Smyth ("Fortitude") has booked a role on the 18th century Georgian London-set series, billed as a powerful family drama offering a brand new take on the city's most valuable commercial activity - sex. She will play Lucy Wells, "sister to Charlotte Wells (Jess Brown Findlay) and daughter to Margaret Wells (Samantha Morton)." (Deadline.com)
RANSOM (CBS) - Sarah Greene, Brandon Jay McLaren and Nazneen Contractor have all signed onto the recently ordered drama, starring Luke Roberts as crisis and hostage negotiator Eric Beaumont. Greene will play Maxine Carlson, "a young newcomer eager to prove herself"; with McLaren as Oliver Yates, "a psychological profiler"; and Contractor as ex-cop Zara Hallam. (Deadline.com)
SLEEPY HOLLOW (FOX) - Lance Gross's Daniel Reynolds and Jessica Camacho's Sophie Foster are the latest series regulars who won't return for the show's 13-episode fourth season. The latter however may continue as a guest star. Previously nixed were Nicole Beharie (Abbie), Zach Appelman (Joe), Nikki Reed (Betsy) and Shannyn Sossamon (Pandora). (TVLine.com)
UNTITLED OLSEN & SCHEFFER PROJECT (HBO, New!) - Mark V. Olsen and Will Scheffer ("Getting On") are back in business with the pay channel with a new two-year overall deal. Already in the works is a "satirical drama [which] will explore modern relationships, identity, and politics in our times of hyper technological change." Said effort is being co-created with Chris Moukarbel (Banksy Does New York), who is being eyed to direct. Lisa Bellomo of Anima Sola Productions will likewise executive produce. (Deadline.com)
WALKING DEAD, THE (AMC) - Co-stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan (Negan), Tom Payne (Jesus), Austin Amelio (Dwight) and Xander Berkeley (Gregory) have all been named series regulars for the upcoming seventh season. (THR.com)
WRECKED (TBS) - Co-creators Justin and Jordan Shipley have inked a two-year first-look deal with the cable channel to develop new series projects. (Deadline.com)
