Five-time NBA champion Kobe Bryant will present the Decade Award to global superstar Justin Timberlake, four-time TEEN CHOICE 2016 nominee Charlie Puth will perform his hit single, "We Don't Talk Anymore," and EMPIRE's Serayah will perform.
