FREEFORM BRINGS FAN FAVORITE 'STITCHERS' AND NEW ORIGINAL SCI-FI SERIES 'BEYOND' TO STAN LEE'S L.A. COMIC CON ON OCTOBER 29 AND 30

Freeform announced today that they will be bringing cast and executive producers from the hi-tech procedural series "Stitchers" and new sci-fi drama "Beyond" to Stan Lee's L.A. Comic Con on October 29-30.

New original series "Beyond" will present its first episode in its entirety to the crowd, followed by a Q&A with cast and executive producers, including Tim Kring ("Heroes"), David Eick ("Battlestar Galactica"), Adam Nussdorf ("Once Upon a Time in Wonderland") and series star Burkely Duffield ("House of Anubis") on Saturday, October 29, at the L.A. Convention Center. On Sunday, October 30, delve into the fictional science of memory hacking during a 50-minute Q&A panel featuring "Stitchers" executive producer Jeffrey Alan Schechter ("Overruled!") and cast members Ritesh Rajan ("The Jungle Book"), Damon Dayoub ("NCIS") and Sarah Davenport ("Alice: The Hatred").

See below for panel times/locations. For more information on Stan Lee's L.A. Comic Con, visit http://www.stanleeslacomiccon.com/.

Saturday, October 29 - BEYOND

Panel from 5:00 - 6:15 p.m. in Room 408AB at the L.A. Convention Center

"Beyond" is a one-hour drama about Holden, a young man who wakes up from a coma after 12 years and discovers new abilities that propel him into the middle of a dangerous conspiracy. Now Holden must try and figure out what happened to him during those 12 years; how to survive a world that changed while he was gone; and answer the question, why did this happen to him? "Beyond" will premiere on Freeform on Monday, January 2, 2017, with a special two-hour premiere from 9:00-11:00 p.m. EST. Additionally, all episodes of the first season will be available for immediate binge viewing on digital platforms also on January 2.

The panel will include a screening of the first episode, followed by a Q&A with executive producers Tim Kring, David Eick and Adam Nussdorf, along with series star Burkely Duffield ("Holden"). The panel will be moderated by journalist Tara Bennett (U.S. editor of SFX Magazine and Contributing Editor at Blastr.com). Panel attendees will receive exclusive show-branded souvenirs.

Sunday, October 30 - STITCHERS

Panel from 12:00 - 12:50 p.m. in Room 306AB at the L.A. Convention Center

Recently renewed for a third season, "Stitchers" follows a covert government agency that "stitches" into the memories of the dead to investigate murders and decipher mysteries that otherwise would have gone to the grave. The team includes the highly intelligent and persistent Kirsten Clark, who has an aptitude for technology, but never expected that she'd be hacking into the minds of the recently deceased. Working alongside Kirsten is Cameron, a brilliant neuroscientist whose passion for the program is evident in his work, and Linus, an earnest engineer and communications technician. The secret agency is headed by Maggie, a skilled veteran of covert operations who closely guards the deeper purpose of the Stitchers program. Kirsten's roommate, Camille, a gifted computer science grad student, is recruited to use her skills to assist Kirsten in her role as a "stitcher," as well as LAPD Detective Fisher who provides back-up and support for the team.

The panel will include a Q&A with executive producer Jeffrey Alan Schechter and cast members Ritesh Rajan ("Linus Ahluwalia"), Damon Dayoub ("Detective Quincy Fisher") and Sarah Davenport ("Ivy Brown"). The panel will be moderated by veteran comic book editor and writer Jordan B. Gorfinkel (Batman Editor, co-creator "3 O'Clock Club," "Stitchers" fanboy). Panel attendees will receive exclusive show-branded souvenirs.

Please note all talent appearances are subject to change.
