The innocence of children's television programming blurs with one man's troubled psyche as Mr. Neighbor (Brian Huskey) leads viewers through his whimsical world of puppets, songs, educational discoveries, and dysfunctional emotional issues. In the special, Mr. Neighbor is hosting his 31st Annual 5th Birthday party and has so much to do to get ready. But what if no one comes to the party? What if his birthday wish doesn't come true?! Mr. Neighbor's House is a half hour, live action kid's show, that is too disturbing for kids. You never know what you'll discover at Mr. Neighbor's House!
