One-Hour Special Premieres Wednesday, March 1 at 11pm ET/PT
Adventurer and explorer Josh Gates (host of Travel Channel's hit series "Expedition Unknown") reinvents adventure travel by exploring the wild side of Dubai, all in a single night. In the special "Josh Gates: After Dark," the thrills begin at sunset when Gates bashes through the dunes of the Arabian Desert in an off-road 4x4 vehicle. Later, he finds himself in a hotel room with a price tag of $30,000 dollars a night, before feeding sharks at one of the world's largest saltwater aquariums, which happens to be situated in the same hotel. Gates' wild ride continues when he delivers a one-of-a-kind sushi dish to a rich party animal at the famous nightclub, Billionaire Mansion. With little time to spare, he tops off his night catching falcons from a hot air balloon in the crown jewel of the Middle East.
