PREPARE TO GET "LOADED"

AMC'S NEWEST ORIGINAL PREMIERES MONDAY, JULY 17th AT 10 p.m. ET/PT

NETWORK RELEASES FIRST LOOK OF THE EIGHT-EPISODE SERIES WHICH FOCUSES ON FOUR TECH ENTREPRENEURS AND CHILDHOOD FRIENDS WHO BECOME MULTI-MILLIONAIRES OVERNIGHT

NEW YORK, NY- June 1, 2017 - AMC announced today that their newest series "Loaded" will premiere on Monday, July 17th at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT following an all new episode of "Preacher." The network also released a first look trailer at the eight-episode original which sets the stage for the story of four tech entrepreneurs and childhood friends who, on the heels of selling their gaming company, become multi-millionaires and are forced to deal with the pitfalls that come with being an overnight success. View first look trailer HERE.

Based on Keshet International's award-winning series Mesudarim created by Muli Segev and Assaf Harel, "Loaded" is executive produced by Kate Norrish and Polly Leys for Hillbilly Television (The Level); Howard Burch, Avi Nir, Segev and Harel for Keshet and Jon Brown (Fresh Meat, Veep); with Charlie Leech (The Wrong Mans) as producer. The series is co-production between AMC, Channel 4, Hillbilly Television, and Keshet UK.

The series stars Jim Howick (The Aliens, Yonderland, Horrible Histories), Samuel Anderson (The History Boys, Doctor Who, Trollied), Jonny Sweet (Babylon, Together, Him & Her), Nick Helm (Uncle, Funny Valentines) and Mary McCormack (The West Wing, In Plain Sight, The Newsroom).

"Loaded" centers around the lives of Josh (Howick), Leon (Anderson), Ewan (Sweet) and Watto (Helm) who have just sold their start up videogame company Idyl Hands to Casey (McCormack) for millions, and overnight their lives change drastically. The four 30-somethings must answer to their high powered, no-bullshit boss Casey and are suddenly transformed from "people who play games" to "serious players in the game." Amid a raging hurricane of money, excess, and "Millionaire guilt," "Loaded" is about friendship, gluttony, ambition, and how money can put even life-long relationships to the test.
