EXORCIST, THE (FOX) - Zuleikha Robinson is bound for the show's sophomore run as Mouse, "a mysterious figure waging her own private war against the Catholic patriarchy. Mysterious and pragmatic, Mouse takes her duty seriously, but in the end, she's loyal to only herself. " (Deadline.com)
GOLDBERGS, THE (ABC) - Executive producer Doug Robinson has launched his own banner Doug Robinson Productions as part of a four-year overall deal with Sony Pictures Television. Robinson previously oversaw Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions, the company behind the veteran ABC comedy. (Deadline.com)
ORIGINALS, THE (The CW) - Danielle Rose Russell has been cast as the teenage incarnation of Hope on the show's fifth season, a new series regular. (EW.com)
POWER (Starz) - Raphael Jackson, Jr. and Damione Macedon, co-executive producers on the series, have signed a two-year overall deal with the network. (Deadline.com)
SHOOTER (USA) - Co-star Ryan Phillippe broke his leg in an off-set accident on Sunday. It's not clear how said injury will affect production on the show's second season, which is in the middle of episode nine of 10. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED GREY'S ANATOMY SPIN-OFF (ABC) - Emmy-winning director Paris Barclay has signed on as a producing director and executive producer on the upcoming spin-off. (TVLine.com)
UNTITLED MARIAH CAREY PROJECT (Starz, New!) - Nina Colman (Mahogany) is set to pen a new drama for the pay channel based on the life of Mariah Carey: "set in 1986 New York City and chronicles the rise of an ambitious bi-racial 16-year-old girl, an aspiring singer-songwriter who survived a difficult childhood to become the biggest selling female music artist of all time." Carey, Colman, Brett Ratner, Stella Bulochnikov, Teri Weinberg and John Cheng will also executive produce for Magic Carpet Productions. (Deadline.com)
WALKING DEAD, THE (AMC) - The series has resumed production in Atlanta following the death of stuntman John Bernecker last week. (Deadline.com)
