A+E Networks(R) to Release All-New Short-Form Series "Chloe Does It!" Exclusively on YouTube

Starring Chloe Lukasiak from Lifetime's Hit Franchise "Dance Moms"

A+E's In-house Digital Agency 45th & Dean to Produce Series

New York, NY - July 20, 2017 - Based on the success of Lifetime's franchise "Dance Moms" on YouTube, A+E Networks(R) today announced a new short-form series, "Chloe Does It!," starring Chloe Lukasiak from "Dance Moms." A+E Networks' in-house digital agency 45th & Dean will produce 8 episodes of the series to run exclusively on YouTube first. Two episodes of "Chloe Does It!" will premiere each week on Lifetime's YouTube channel beginning Monday, July 24. Episodes will then air on linear beginning Tuesday, August 8 leading into the new season of "Dance Moms" on Lifetime.

"Chloe Does It!" is inspired by one of "Dance Mom's" fan favorites, Chloe Lukasiak, and her massive social media following. In addition to her new adventures on "Dance Moms," Chloe is getting the chance to collaborate with her fans in this new short-form series. Over the past months, Chloe has taken suggestions from fans via YouTube comments on what they would like to see her do, and she's doing it. "Chloe Does It!" is shot with Chloe talking directly to her fans and taking them along for the ride. Viewers will get an exclusive look into Chloe's life - everything from a movie audition, a whirlwind tour of NYC, a sleepover with her best friend, a behind the scenes tour of the Pittsburgh Zoo, and more. Chloe will also answer questions that fans leave in the comments on YouTube after each episode goes live via response videos.

"45th & Dean, our in-house storytelling digital hub, has been on a tear since opening our doors over a year ago. This new series designed for the YouTube viewer is a great next step in our evolution and we could not be more pleased," said Paul Greenberg, Executive Vice President & General Manager, 45th & Dean and FYI. "For the fans of 'Dance Moms' and Chloe, this will be the ultimate experience to connect with one of their favorite members of the TV franchise in an interactive and collaborative way."

"A+E is doing an admirable job leveraging the scale of YouTube to reach new audiences and continually engage passionate 'Dance Moms' fans globally," said Jonathan Zepp, Head of YouTube Content Partnerships, Americas, YouTube. "It is exciting to see their investment in creating new series based on their top franchises specifically for the YouTube community."

A+E Networks has found great success on YouTube with Lifetime's YouTube channel recently surpassing 1 million subscribers and "Dance Moms" videos generating over 90 million total views in 2017-to-date. In addition, the Lifetime original digital series "Dance Moms: Girls' Day Off," has generated nearly 7 million video views across 6 episodes.

Season 8 of "Dance Moms" will premiere on Tuesday, August 1 at 9pm ET/PT on Lifetime. Episodes of "Chloe Does It!" will air on Lifetime beginning Tuesday, August 8.
