LOVE IS IN THE AIR AT WE tv

NETWORK DEBUTS "LOVE BLOWS," FEATURING WINDY CITY MATCHMAKING FAMILY

NEW SERIES PREMIERES FRIDAY, AUGUST 25 AT 10:00 P.M. ET/PT

Renowned Matchmaker Patti Stanger Executive Produces "Love Blows" Which Airs After "Million Dollar Matchmaker" on WE tv

NEW YORK, NY - August 1, 2017 -- WE tv today announced its newest unscripted series, "Love Blows," about a successful Chicago-based matchmaking service, run by a dysfunctional (but loving) family who sometimes let their own relationships cloud their decisions. Premiering on Friday, August 25 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT, the show chronicles the inner dynamics of LuvBizChicago, a family business run by head matchmakers - Lisa and her ex-husband Jim - who have to contend with a staff comprised of wild, young, single matchmakers; Lisa and Jim's own adult children who co-run the business; and the ultimate snag - Jim's former mistress, who is always creating drama for the employees and their clients. The show will air after "Million Dollar Matchmaker," starring Patti Stanger, on Friday nights. The six-episode series is executive produced by Patti Stanger, who also appears in the show.

"In a world of swiping right, special algorithms and scientific formulas, sometimes nothing compares to good old-fashioned matchmaking to find that one in a million. We are thrilled to be expanding our relationship with Patti Stanger, the world's foremost matchmaker, to create a dynamic night of programming focused on the eternal, and wholly relatable, quest for true love," said WE tv president Marc Juris. "In 'Love Blows,' we meet a matchmaking family whose specialty is deep dish drama while they help real people find love in the Windy City."

"In reality TV, there are three things I love: loud, uninhibited people who pop off the screen, the search for true love, and the chance to work with Patti Stanger," said SallyAnn Salsano, the founder and president of 495 Productions. "I was lucky enough to experience all three things in the making of 'Love Blows.'"

"Love Blows" is co-executive produced by Patti Stanger for Patti Stanger Productions with Rob Lee for Bayonne Entertainment along with SallyAnn Salsano, the founder and president of 495 Productions, the company behind the record breaking hits "Jersey Shore" and "Martha & Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party." Executive Producers for WE tv are Lauren P. Gellert, Lauren Lazin, David Stefanou and Angela Molloy. #LoveBlows
