13 REASONS WHY (Netflix) - The series has cast seven new roles for its sophomore run: Bryce Cast as Cyrus, "an edgy, cynical mischief maker who serves as an unexpected champion of the downtrodden"; Chelsea Alden as Mackenzie, "Cyrus's sister, an artsy, witty girl who isn't afraid to speak her mind"; Allison Miller as Sonya, "a smart and ambitious young litigator"; Samantha Logan as Nina, "a well-respected track star at Liberty High School"; Anne Winters as Chloe, "a popular new head cheerleader"; Kelli O'Hara as Jackie, "an advocate for victims of bullying"; and Ben Lawson as Rick, "a beloved baseball coach at Liberty High School." 24 (FOX) - The network has "started preliminary discussions" with executive producers Howard Gordon, Brian Grazer and Joel Surnow about a new incarnation of the franchise. It's understood there are two ideas being considered: "one that originated from Surnow, who would write, and one that Gordon is working on with other writers." Neither however, will "have the signature CTU setting." (Deadline.com)
BULL (CBS) - Minka Kelly and Brad Garrett will both guest on the upcoming season as Kara Clayton, "the much younger wife of media baron Marcus Clayton (Ronald Guttman), who kills her husband after he stabs her multiple times"; and "a legendary attorney who Bull calls up to defend him for the trial," respectively. CYANIDE & HAPPINESS SHOW, THE/HARMONQUEST/HIDDEN AMERICA WITH JONAH RAY/MY BROTHER, MY BROTHER AND ME (Seeso) - Four of the streaming service's original series are heading to Otter Media/Ellation's VRV streaming service. The deal includes the yet-to-be-released second season of "HarmonQuest," which was originally scheduled to debut last month. Said developments are tied to the expected shuttering of Sesso later this year. (Decider.com)
GIFTED, THE (FOX) - Elena Satine will guest on the show's second episode as Dreamer, "a mutant with the ability to add or subtract memories." (TVLine.com)

GREY'S ANATOMY (ABC) - Italian actress Stefania Spampinato has been tapped for an arc on the series as the sister of Giacomo Gianniotti's Andrew DeLuca, who takes "up residence as a new doc at Grey Sloan, which becomes a bit of a nightmare situation of Andrew." (EW.com)
JUDGE JUDY (Syndication) - CBS Television Distribution has acquired the rights to over 5,200 hours of the Judith Sheindlin-led mainstay. As part of the pact, the series has been renewed through the through 2020-21 season, its 25th. (Deadline.com)
KING OF THE HILL (FOX) - The network has had "a very preliminary conversation" with co-creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels about a potential revival of the former animated staple. (Deadline.com)
LAW & ORDER: SVU (NBC) - Philip Winchester will reprise his "Chicago Justice" character Peter Stone during the show's upcoming 19th season. He'll now be an ADA in New York City. (Deadline.com)
LETHAL WEAPON (FOX) - Rex Linn has been cast as the father of Martin Riggs, "appearing across multiple episodes in Texas flashbacks alongside a tweenage Martin." (TVLine.com)
PASSAGE, THE (FOX) - The network's small screen take on Justin Cronin's fantasy book trilogy is now being redeveloped for 2018-19 season consideration. To that end, the project - which shot a pilot off-cycle with an eye towards a midseason order - is opening a writers' room and may undergo reshoots. (Deadline.com)
