NEW YORK, September 20, 2017 - Comedy Central, the #1 brand in comedy, continues to expand its brand and deepen its engagement with fans with the launch of its latest venture - a global podcast network. Comedy Central's late night hit The Jim Jefferies Show will debut The Jim Jefferies Show Podcast today, Wednesday, September 20 and it will be available for download and streaming worldwide across Apple Podcasts, Google Play, Spotify, Stitcher, and other digital platforms. Additional franchises rolling out including the Emmy(R) Award-winning The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, the Emmy(R) Award-nominated Comedy Central Roast franchise, CC: Stand-Up, and additional original series to be announced. Comedy Central has partnered with podcast industry leader Midroll Media - home of the top comedy podcasts on the Earwolf network - to advise on the creation of its new podcast network and also to represent its shows for advertising sales.
The launch of the global podcast network further solidifies Comedy Central's standing as the leading comedy brand in digital where it boasts over 168 million fans for its collective franchises across digital and social platforms, with fans engaging over 7 million times per month

From a deeper dive into to show topics to jokes that didn't make the cut to far-ranging conversations beyond the show, listeners will get an extraordinary glimpse into Jim's mind. The Jim Jefferies Show podcast premieres on Wednesday, September 20.
The Daily Show with Trevor Noah: Ears Edition - This daily podcast will feature a highlight segment from the prior night of the Emmy(R) Award-winning The Daily Show with Trevor Noah as well as the extended interview. The show premiere date is TBD.
The Daily Show Original Mini-Series (title TBD) - This limited mini-series is a comedic, in-depth look at a particular topic from The Daily Show with Trevor Noah team, anchored by their signature brand of insight, depth and wit. The show premiere date is TBD.
History of the Roast - Based on Comedy Central's Emmy(R) Award-nominated Roast franchise, this podcast mini-series will examine a specific Roast each episode.
