Featuring the true-crime stories of America's most dangerous duos, the series takes a deep dive into the turbulent lives these couples led. Each episode examines the evolution of their relationships and the passion that drove them to commit murder. Through reenactments and gripping firsthand accounts, each episode tells a story of what ultimately drove them to commit the crime, as well as destroy the lives of those around them. "Killer Couples" is a part of Oxygen Media's longest running true-crime franchise, "Snapped."
