Each episode examines the evolution of their relationships and the passion that drove them to commit murder. Through reenactments and gripping firsthand accounts, each episode tells a story of what ultimately drove them to commit the crime, as well as destroy the lives of those around them. "Killer Couples" is a part of Oxygen Media's longest running true-crime franchise, "Snapped."
