ELEMENTARY/SEAL TEAM (CBS) - Executive producers Sarah Timberman and Carl Beverly have inked a new three-year, eight-figure overall deal with ABC Studios. Said pact, which covers all future development from Timberman-Beverly Productions, spells the end of their eight year run at CBS TV Studios, home to the aforementioned series as well as current drama pilot "The Code." (Deadline.com)
GAME SHAKERS (Nickelodeon) - The cable channel has opted to pull the plug on the series after three seasons and 63 episodes. Said development comes as Nickelodeon is parting ways with creator Dan Schneider. "Following many conversations together about next directions and future opportunities, Nickelodeon and our long-time creative partner Dan Schneider/Schneider's Bakery have agreed to not extend the current deal," the network said in a statement. "Since several Schneider's Bakery projects are wrapping up, both sides agreed that this is a natural time for Nickelodeon and Schneider's Bakery to pursue other opportunities and projects." Schneider's other series "Henry Danger" and "The Adventures of Kid Danger" won't be affected. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED BAD BOYS SPIN-OFF PROJECT (NBC) - Zach McGowan will round out the cast of the Gabrielle Union/Jessica Alba-led drama pilot, a small screen incarnation of the film franchise. He'll play Ray Sherman, who "has a violent encounter with Union's LAPD homicide detective Syd Burnett (Union), who is looking for a criminal he is apparently in business with." (Deadline.com)
