Hough will take participants on an in-depth journey through some of the most popular dance styles. The first four classes of the series feature: Cha Cha, Jive, Contemporary and Urban Dance, taking students from basic steps to more complex combinations. Classes also include technical insights and life lessons from Hough on things such as posture, body mechanics and creative emotion that go beyond dance.

Each class series includes four major components:

· STEPS - Introductory moves that make up the foundation of each style and can be performed by anyone.

· SEQUENCES - These pieces combine several steps together and increase in difficulty as the class progresses. From beginners to pros there is something for everyone!
