Six days past Kirlyam's due date, Alan has to rush her to the hospital with contractions. The couple shares intimate moments leading up to the birth of their baby and how they settle into their new role as parents.

Danielle, 44 (Sandusky, Ohio) & Mohamed, 30 (Tunisia)

Four years ago, Danielle and Mohamed met online. After dating long-distance, he proposed and left Tunisia to come to America on a K-1 VISA. Shortly after they got married, Mohamed split. Danielle was unable to get an annulment, so they got a divorced which allowed Mohamed to stay in the U.S. When Danielle tried to file a lawsuit to recover all the money she spent on him, Mohamed went missing. Now Danielle says she's ready to move on, but when she reveals that she's back in touch with Mohamed, her family and friends have serious concerns.

Melanie, 36 (Orwigsburg, PA) & Devar, 31 (Jamaica)

Mel and Devar fell in love in Jamaica but after two years together, reality has hit them hard. As parents of a newborn baby, they are struggling to navigate the waters of parenthood together and deal with the unexpected challenges that face them along the way.

Cortney, 27 (Orlando, FL) & Antonio, 31 (Spain)

Josh, 43 (Mesa, AZ) & Aika, 36 (Philippines)

After meeting on a dating app, Josh proposed and brought Aika home to the States. Now, as they are starting to settle down and move into their own place, Aika is anxious to start a family of their own but Josh isn't convinced they are ready.

Elizabeth, 27 (Tampa, FL) & Andrei, 31 (Moldova)

Elizabeth and Andrei met on a dating app while she was planning a European vacation and the rest was history. Elizabeth's family has always been concerned that Andrei wouldn't be able provide for her and they might be right, as Andrei still doesn't have a work VISA. Three months after their wedding, the couple is now looking to have a second wedding in Moldova, much to the dismay of Elizabeth's family.

Patrick, 26 (Lexington, KY) & Myriam, 22 (Paris, France)

Patrick and Myriam met online and eventually Patrick flew to meet her in Paris, only to learn that she had a boyfriend. Myriam is now single and coming to visit Patrick in the U.S. Patrick has high hopes of starting a serious relationship with Myriam, but first she must win over his mother!
