COLONY (USA) - The cable channel has canceled the sci-fi drama after three seasons. Wednesday's episode will now serve as its de facto series finale. (Deadline.com)
MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE, THE (Amazon) - The series, which returns on October 5 after a nearly two-year hiatus, has been renewed for a fourth season. (Deadline.com)
MARVEL'S AGENTS OF SHIELD (ABC) - Jeff Ward's Deke Shaw has been promoted to series regular for the show's sixth season, due next summer. (@Marvel)
MIDNIGHT, TEXAS (NBC) - Nestor Carbonell, Jaime Ray Newman and Josh Kelly will all recur on the upcoming second season. Carbonell and Newman will play Kai and Patience Lucero, respectively, "the owners of Midnight's new hotel. Their sudden arrival in town causes a stir and has the Midnighters suspicious about what is really going on." Kelly then is Walker Chisum, "an openly gay demon hunter who has an intense connection with resident angel Joe Strong (Jason Lewis)." (Deadline.com)
