The project was previously set up at FOX last season and since found its way to the Alphabet, where it was a put pilot commitment. Danielle Sanchez-Witzel has signed on as showrunner with Bargatze, Jerrod Carmichael, Ari Katcher and Dan Shaki penning the script. Brillstein Entertainment Partners' Tim Sarkes, Alex Murray and Jon Liebman will executive produce alongside Sanchez-Witzel, Bargatze and Carmichael with Katcher and Shaki as co-executive producers. (Deadline.com)
WILL & GRACE (NBC) - Chelsea Handler is bound for the upcoming season as Donna Zimmer, "a high-powered client of Grace's (Debra Messing) who starts dating her bitter sister Janet (Mary McCormack, who is returning to the comedy)." (EW.com)
