KING OF THE HILL IS KING OF LABOR DAY ON COMEDY CENTRAL! TUNE IN FOR KING OF THE HILL'S GRILLSTRAVAGANZA MARATHON ALL DAY ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, BEGINNING AT 9:00 A.M. ET/PT
NEW YORK, August 28, 2018 - King of The Hill will rule over Comedy Central this Labor Day with its first-ever King of the Hill holiday marathon, King of the Hill's Grillstravaganza, featuring the beloved animated comedy's best grill-themed episodes. Grillstravaganza - an homage to the series' Strickland Propane annual sales event of the same name - begins at 9:00 a.m. ET/PT on September 3 and continues until 11:00 p.m. that evening.
King of the Hill, which originally aired on FOX from 1997 to 2010, depicts the life and times of Hank Hill, his family and their neighbors in the fictional suburb of Arlen, Texas, the heartland of America. A hard-working, loyal family man and proud Texan, Hank is assistant manager of Strickland Propane. He's an average Joe who sees himself as the voice of common sense and reason in a world of incompetent sales clerks, meddling bureaucrats and do-good liberals. Created by Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, King of the Hill is executive produced by Judge, Daniels, Howard Klein, Michael Rotenberg, John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky.
