(Deadline.com)
CONSTANCE (TNT) - Kevin Dunn is bound for the Elisabeth Shue-led drama pilot as Dale Fogerty, "the City Manager at City Hall, and Constance's (Shue) boss. Glowing with entitlement, he tries to be sensitive to his employees, but even in his most genuine of moments and with the best of intentions, he still operates from a place of clueless privilege." (Deadline.com)
DESIGNATED SURVIVOR (Netflix) - Anthony Edwards and Julie White are both bound for the revived third season as Mars Harper, the President's Chief of Staff; and Lorraine Zimmer, the President's new Campaign Manager, respectively. (Deadline.com)

Unexpectedly, moving far away from their old life and being inspired by their daughter's relationship brings them closer together." Warner Bros. TV-based Vita Vera Films is behind the half-hour with Diablo Cody executive producing and Jalees co-executive producing as well as potentially starring. (Deadline.com)
HYPNOTIST'S LOVE STORY, THE (ABC, New!) - Katie Wech is developing a small screen take on Liane Moriarty's book, which "centers on successful hypnotherapist Ellen, who after a string of failed romances is optimistic about her current boyfriend, until he reveals a disturbing truth: a stalker ex-girlfriend who has been following him for years. Ellen finds herself intrigued, and oddly thrilled by the stalker, entirely unaware that they've already met." Heather Graham is attached to star and executive produce the ABC Studios-based project alongside David Hoberman, Todd Lieberman and Laurie Zaks of Mandeville Television. (Deadline.com)
I KNOW THIS MUCH IS TRUE (HBO) - Mark Ruffalo's long in the works limited series, based on Wally Lamb's bestselling book, has been given a six-episode order. Ruffalo, Lamb and Cianfrance will also executive produce alongside FilmNation Entertainment's Ben Browning and Glen Basner as well as Gregg Fienberg and Anya Epstein. Lynette Howell Taylor and Jamie Patricof co-executive produce. (Deadline.com)

SEARCH PARTY (TBS) - Three-time Emmy-winner Louie Anderson will recur on the upcoming season as Bob, "a sweet but extremely absentminded old-school lawyer from Chicago. He's warm, sentimental, and optimistic but can't seem to remember his clients' names and is maybe dying." (Deadline.com)
SEE (Apple) - Christian Camargo and Hera Hilmar have both been cast in the high-concept drama as Tamacti Jun, "the head of Queen Kane's (Sylvia Hoeks) army"; and Maghra, "a determined mother," respectively. (Deadline.com)

UNTITLED CHRISTINA KIM PROJECT (NBC, New!) - Christina Kim has sold a new drama to the Peacock about "three half-Korean women who grew up straddling two cultures and identities are forced to pick sides between their Korean mother and Caucasian father after the latter, the head of a global Asian food empire, is thrown in jail." The project is set up at the Warner Bros. TV-based Quinn's House with the company's Martin Gero also executive producing. (THR.com)
