CBSN, CBS News' 24/7 Streaming News Service, Now Available on Hulu with Live TV

Oct. 25, 2018 - CBS News and CBS Interactive today announced that CBSN, the 24/7 streaming news service, is now available on Hulu with live TV, making it possible to watch CBSN's live, anchored news coverage through the premium streaming service. CBSN joins Hulu with live TV as part of a previously announced agreement with CBS Corporation that brought CBS, America's most-watched broadcast network, and its popular sports and entertainment channels, including CBS Sports Network and POP, to Hulu with live TV.

"This is an important step in our ongoing strategy of expanding distribution of CBSN, now available on multiple vMVPDs as well as our CBS News digital platforms," said Christy Tanner, Executive Vice President and General Manager for CBS News Digital. "With access to CBSN's round-the-clock news coverage and trusted journalism, Hulu subscribers will have the ability to stream the latest breaking news and catch up on the day's top stories, wherever they are."

CBSN delivers live news coverage and in-depth reporting from CBS News' team of trusted journalists around the world, with a mix of breaking news, live events and newsmaking interviews. CBSN continues to expand its content slate with original programming, including CBSN Originals, a series of long-form documentary features with 25 to date. CBSN also recently launched CBSN AM, its first live daily programming in the 7:00-8:00 AM, ET hour.

As CBSN approaches its four-year anniversary, the network continues to drive strong and sustained viewership growth. CBSN set new viewership records in September, which is now the top-ranked month in 2018 for total streams and the second-ranked month of all time, behind November 2016. CBSN also helped drive CBSNews.com to its top-ranked quarter to date for unique visitors and visits in the third quarter of 2018. In addition to Hulu, CBSN is available on CBSNews.com and the CBS News apps for mobile and connected TV devices, as well as the CBS All Access subscription service.
